Born On
A Beach
Every great story starts somewhere unexpected. Ours began with a salty old beachcomber and a laugh that turned into a way of life.
A Shift in
Perspective
"You are one Salty MF'r," Brad said. The old beachcomber turned around. "That sure would make a funny t-shirt."
In 2020, the world was shut down and we were all isolated from one another. That old beachcomber changed how we looked at connecting with everyone around us. The world is full of good people with great stories, and too many of them go unnoticed.
True Independence
Is Life Changing
Live by your own code, keep your word and never apologize for being exactly who you are. That's the spirit we built this on.
Free people don't ask for permission.
The Code
We Live By
- LoyaltyScars and all, we stand by our people. Once you're one of us, you're one of us for life.
- IndependenceStand tall and own your journey. Nobody else gets a vote on how you live.
- AuthenticityNever pretend to be anyone but you. Being real never goes out of style.
Salt of
The Earth
The best people you'll ever meet are the ones nobody's talking about yet. We just make sure they get heard.
Meet the
Founders
Decades in business taught them how to build things. Friendship taught them what was worth building.
Brad Banyas
Brad is a serial entrepreneur from Atlanta, Georgia who has spent 30-plus years helping brands connect with the people who matter. Brad brings that same instinct to SALTYmf Enterprises where he continues to exercise his passion for bringing people together. He's the one who dreams up where the train goes next, and then leans out the window yelling "faster!"
Paul Sciandra
Paul grew up outside Buffalo, served in the U.S. Army and went on to West Point before stepping into a three-decade-long career at the intersection of advertising and technology. He is a seasoned operator with a soldier's discipline and a builder's patience. He keeps the train on the tracks so the rest of us can enjoy the ride.
We Don't Stay
