Two Originals.
One Story.
Every artist has a story. Independent artists play two originals live in the studio, then sit down and tell us how they got here.

It Started
With a T-Shirt
Brad was in a small North Georgia town when a band shirt outside the local record store stopped him cold. He walked in to buy it, and the owner dropped Hush Money on the turntable. One minute in, he was floored. World-class talent, sitting in a record bin nobody was digging through.
So we started digging. Salty's Live Music brings independent artists into the studio to play two originals live, then sit down and tell us the story behind them.
Every session is a front-row seat to what it really takes to make it as an independent artist. Some of the artists who've played our studio have gone on to bigger stages. Others played their first live show because of it.

We Built
A Global Stage
The same struggle came up in every interview. Great artists, buried by algorithms and worn out by social media, when all they wanted was to play. So we spent a year studying the problem from every side: fans, musicians and venues.
The answer was Band Groupeez, a free live music discovery platform that connects fans, artists and venues with hyper-local show listings anywhere in the world, and no algorithm deciding who gets heard.
