What is full-grain leather?
Full-grain leather is the top layer of the hide (grain intact) and the highest quality leather available. It uses the entire thickness of the top of the hide, keeps the natural grain visible, and develops a rich patina over years of use. Everything below full-grain (top-grain, genuine, bonded) is lower quality.

How do I care for the leather?
Treat with a natural leather balm as needed to condition the leather. Do not use chemical treatments as they can weaken the fiber over time. Rub scuffs with your fingers to work skin oils into the leather and develop the patina. Avoid extended direct sunlight or extreme heat.

Can I refill the notebook pages?
Yes. The journal holds 4 Kraft notebooks (48 pages each). When one notebook is full, remove it and slide in a new refill. Refills are available separately in the same paper types (Blank, Lined, Dot Grid, Graph).
